Leshen - Bark Monster - Mysterious Emissary

As blare of horns of the Wild Hunt resounds through the woods, forest spirits are overcome by urge to bring the vengeance upon those who threaten the balance of nature. Leshen, the protector of woodland and the wrath of forest incarnate, eagerly answers the call.

I've been in awe of Garden of Hecate Swampfiend crew since I saw them. When I came upon Malifaux Mysterious Emissary in one of the stores, I took the chance to make my own Leshen (heavily inspired by Ana's work). Having noticed similarities between the creature's background and the story behind Kurnothi, I painted it to match my Wild Hunt.

Wołek Zbożowy z NerdWorkshop zaproponował, by majowym tematem Figurkowego Karnawału Blogowego była "Półeczka". Skonwertowałem i zmalowałem figurkę do Malifaux (systemu, w który zbyt często nie grywam) i AoS-owej armii, której nie ma (Sylvaneth/Kurnothi). Mysterious Emissary / Leszy / Treeman spędzi więc życie przede wszystkim na półeczce. Inna rzecz, że jako drewniany konstrukt mógłby posłużyć za meblarski surowiec ;)

Crimson Court's Vellas von Faine

The work on the Crimson Court progresses slower than I'd like and I've used the warband for the first time with one of the characters unpainted. Looking on the bright side, it means that there are 3 of 4 characters finished: Prince Duvalle, Ennias Curse-Born and now the ambidextrous Vellas von Faine.

Prace nad Szkarłatną Świtą postępują wolniej niż bym chciał i pierwszy raz zagrałem nimi z jednym niepomalowanym ludkiem. Innymi słowy, trójka jest już gotowa :D Do księcia Duvalle i przeklętego Enniasa dołączyła dwuręczna Vellas von Faine.

Crimson Court's Ennias Curse-Born

I've come back to painting the Crimson Court. In effect, Ennias Curse-Born flies in to join Prince Duvalle.

Malowniczo wróciłem na Karmazynowy Dwór. W efekcie do szefa dołącza skrzydlaty przeklętnik.

Cursed City Ulfenwatch #1-4

The work on standard villains from Warhammer Quest: Cursed City is progressing. I've prepared 10 Ulfenwatch skeletons and done the first four. They're just a bit taller than guys from Sepulchral Guard, so I picked matching color scheme in order to make a bigger skeleton crew out of all of them one day. 

Z wolna postępują prace nad szeregowymi przeciwnikami do Warhammer Quest: Cursed City. Przygotowałem do  malowania dziesiątkę szkieletów z Ulfenwatch i cyknąłem pierwszą czwórkę. Są tylko trochę wyżsi niż Sepulchral Guard, kolorki dobrałem więc tak, żeby do siebie pasowali - z myślą o zrobieniu kiedyś z nich wszystkich większej szkieletowej załogi.
