Da Kunnin' Krew - Tuffskul & Gikkit

On with Da Kunnin' Krew. I didn't fancy Torka Tuffskul's model, so I took his weapon, gave it to a killaboss and fashioned it in the way that it looks similar to his smaller collegue's equipment. I am still not sure, if I gonna swap or convert the boss and the second grot. We'll se about that.

Prowadzący listopadowy Figurkowy Karnawał Blogowy, Wielebny Rafael, zarządził, by pomalować "Ich dwoje". Podciągnąłem pod temat dwóch członków będącej obecnie na tapecie underworldsowej ekipy Da Kunnin' Krew. Model Tuffskula, który nie przypadł mi do gustu, zastąpiłem killabossem z wyposażeniem pożyczonym od oryginału i zaaranżowanym tak, by przypominało sprzęt mniejszego kolegi, Gikkita. 

Da Kunnin' Krew - Krookgrin

I'm off with painting another crew for Warhammer Underworlds. This time it's Kruleboyz' Da Kunnin' Krew. I already have all the minis needed for swaps and conversions. I've finished the first model too! It's a hobgrot named Krookgrin. Not fooled by the new terminology, I painted it in the style of the good ol' Hobgoblin sneaky gits.

Ruszam z malowaniem kolejnej ekipy do Warhammer Underworlds. Tym razem na tapet wziąłem kruleboyzowa Da Kunnin' Krew. Wszystkie ludki potrzebne do podmianek i konwersji już mam. Model pilotażowy też! Przedstawiam hobgrota imieniem Krookgrin. Nie dawszy zwieść nowej terminologii, pomalowałem go w stylu starych dobrych hobgoblińskich sneaky gits.

There have been acolites (Narvia & Turosh), horrors and tzaangor of Eyes of the Nine, so now it's time for Vortemis the All-seeing, a summoner and a leader of the tzeentchian party. Soon there will be a group photo as well.

Byli akolici, były horrory i tzaangor z Eyes of the Nine, to teraz i Vortemis Wszechwidzący, zaklinacz i przywódca tzeentchowego oddziałku. Jakoś w najbliższym czasie dorobię fotkę grupową.

A tzaangor named K'Charik is the next model painted for my Warhammer Underworlds Eyes of the Nine warband. There's only the boss left to paint and the whole thing is done.

Happy Halloween! Vampiric Sorceress

Happy Halloween! I've painted a Bretonnian Sorceress with a vampiric twist for the occasion. She has a goblet filled with blood and a ritual dagger and there's a swarm of bats behind her. To be honest, it's tempting to start a next Undead warband for Mordheim with her as necromancer. 

Z okazji Halloween - i LXXXVI Figurkowego Karnawału Blogowego też - postanowiłem pomalować bretońską czarodziejkę z nekromantycznym twistem. Różdżkę i miecz zastąpiłem atrybutami typowymi dla mitu Pani Jeziora w wersji à la czarny Graal, a w tło wrzuciłem nietoperze-wampiry.

Cursed City Bat Swarms #1-2

I started working on my post for Halloween, taking the opportunity to push forward the work on the Cursed City. I painted two bat swarms - not much, but it went quite slowly. The creatures are a bit too small for my skill and I was unable to paint anything satisfactory on them. I got some fun upgrading the bases with plastic rubble and candles made from cables though. I hope that the swarms will do alright as a background for some other stuff I am to paint this month.

Zaczynam działać w kierunku wpisu na Halloween, pchając przy okazji temat Cursed City. Pomalowałem  z tej okazji dwie podstawki nietoperków. Niby niewiele, ale szło mi toto jak krew z nosa. Potworki malutkie, przy moim skillu na tak małych powierzchniach nic sensownego się wymalować nie da, a w efekcie robota niezbyt satysfakcjonująca. Trochę radości dała mi za to waloryzacja podstawek świeczkami z kabelków i gruzem ze starych wyprasek. Mam nadzieję, że swarmy sprawdzą się jako tło do tego, co zamierzam jeszcze przed końcem miesiąca wymalować :)
