The Blood of the Bull

Zuldrakka the Hateful was once the Despot of an army obliterated by the scions of the Hunter God. From the ashes of that defeat, she swore vengeance upon all who worship Kurnoth. She now wages a bitter, merciless war of retribution, accompanied by the few soldiers who survived:

• Grisk Back-stabba, a hobgoblin scout and assassin, ever eager to slash bellies and open throats;

• Morudok, a seasoned veteran and Zuldrakka’s loyal bodyguard, who fights with brutal ferocity, wielding twin maces imbued with the essence of flaming daemons;

• Imnidrin, once the proud bearer of the Banner of the Blood of the Bull;

• Tokkor the Immolator, who unleashes great gouts of black flame at his mistress’s command.

Grisk / Morudok / Zuldrakka / Tokkor / Imnidrin

The Blood of the Bull - Zuldrakka

Zuldrakka, the leader and the final mini from The Blood of the Bull warband.

Zuldrakka, szefowa i ostatni model ekipy The Blood of the Bull.

The Blood of the Bull - Tokkor

Tokkor, the fourth (and my favourite) mini from The Blood of the Bull warband. One to go!

Tokkor, czwarty (i mój ulubiony) ludzik z ekipy The Blood of the Bull. Jeszcze szefowa i po sprawie!

The Blood of the Bull - Morudok

Marudok is the third model from The Blood of the Bull warband. In my opinion, it’s an accurate adaptation of old-school Chaos Dwarves, updated to the current scale, level of detail, and overall "seriousness".

Marudok, trzeci model z bandy The Blood of the Bull.

The Blood of the Bull - Grisk

Grisk, the second model from The Blood of the Bull warband. I like how the sculpt is a nod to the good old Sneaky Git :)

Grisk, drugi model z ekipy The Blood of the Bull. Podoba mi się nawiązanie w rzeźbie do starych dobrych Sneaky Gitów :)

The Blood of the Bull - Imnidrin

I'm starting my next Warhammer Underworlds warband, the new Chaos Dwarves team called „The Blood of the Bull”. To keep the banner from covering the face (like it did in the case of the original mini), I mixed Imnidrin with the November miniature of the month — a warrior from the Infernal Cohort.

Lęcę z kolejną bandą do WHU.

Świąteczna Wymiana Figurkowa to "Secret Santa" wśród figurkowych blogerów.

Jak się okazało, mnie wylosował Elmin z Paint for the Paint God.

Blood Bowl Chaos Dwarves Star Players

Do Blackshard Bruisers dołączają dwie gwiazdy: Byczy Centaur i Pan Arkebuz.

Reinforcements for Willy Miniatures blood bowl chaos dwarves team has been reinforced with some paint. Star Players - Bull Centaur and Mr. Blunderbuss join the Blackshard Bruisers.

Blood Bowl Chaos Dwarves Team

ChaDecka drużyna w komplecie: krasnoludy, duzi i hobgobliny. Figurki co do jednej pochodzą z pudełka Chaos Dwarf Team produkcji Willy Miniatures.

Chaos Dwarves team in its whole: dwarves, big ones and hobgoblins. All the miniatures are taken from Chaos Dwarf Team box by Willy Miniatures.

Dwarves and Big Guys

Hobgoblins

Apart from the bases lacking a slot to put a mini into and very thin hobgoblin limbs threatening to get broken, minis were very fun to prepare & paint. On the bases, I experimented with Pentart crackle medium put over fiery colored bases and covered with a black paint. The effects where unpredictable and rather hard to control, so while having it done I wished there had been more crackling GW texture paints ;)

All in all I'm happy with the effects. The hobgoblins came out much better than expected. Despite their skinny/fragile looks they do show some nerve. The minotaur and bull centaurs were my favorites from the beginning. The team is lead to its victories in Wrocław Blood Bowl League by Arek :)
