The band of Glaivewraith Stalkers known as the Wraithcreepers were once noblemen who lived for the hunt, preying upon their vassals for sport. They revelled in their murderous pursuits, heedless of the cost for those unlucky enough enough to cross their path. The hunters serve at Nagash's whim now, being despatched to slay those who earn the Great Necromancer's ire.

The third of Drepur's Wraithcreepers: The Patrician. It was only while posting that I saw that in the main photo the focus didn't catch where it should. I'll correct this at the next shoot and replace the picture with a new one. [Edit: Done!]

Drepur's Wraithcreepers - Grodrig the Lance

I started painting another Warhammer Underworlds warband. This time it's Drepur's Wraithcreepers. As I looked at my shelf, I realised that over my Underworlds years I accumulated quite a Nighthaunt contingent (Thorns of Briar Queen, Lady Harrow's Mournflight, Headmens' Curse). When I'm done with Drepur's crew, I'll have to take the old pics again and write a joint Nightaunt post.

Lecę z kolejną ekipą do Warhammer Underworlds - tym razam Drepur's Wraithcreepers. Jak spojrzałem na półkę, skonstatowałem, że przez lata uzbierał się z tego niezły nighthauntowy kontyngencik. Po skończeniu z Drepurami trzeba będzie cyknąć jeszcze raz przedpotowe fotki i zrobić jakieś duszne zestawienie.

The Headsmen's Curse

The Headsmen's Curse has come. Nothing shall stay the bite of the Dread Blade. Damned souls surround it, bound to serve as judge, jury and executioner. Always there is one to wield the blade, one to sharpen its edge, one to bear the headman's block and a scriptor to sentence the condemned. No matter the crime, the sentence is always the same - Death!

Mournflight's Lady Harrow

I've painted Mournflight's leader - Lady Harrow (paradoxically, the least spectacular mini from the set), so the warband is ready for action! :)

Domalowałem szefową bandy - Lady Harrow (paradoksalnie najmniej chyba okazałą figurkę z całego zestawu), więc ekipa gotowa! :)

When having The Anguished One and The Screaming Maiden compared I complained that they're too similar to tell one from another on the board. Widow Caitha is the only mini in the warband flying down, so I got no such reservations ;)

Przy okazji The Anguished One i The Screaming Maiden ponarzekałem, że zbyt do siebie podobne, ale przy tym modelu złego słowa nie powiem. Widow Caitha jako jedyna leci w dół, odróżnia się więc jak złoto ;)

Mournflight: The Screaming Maiden

If I was to name a flaw in the design of Lady Harrow's Mournflight minis, I would say there is one: they're all really similar to each other and I didn't have the idea how to convert them so they can be told one from another. The problem is clearly visible on the example of the Anguished One and the Screaming Maiden. Here's the mirror image of the last week's model.

Jeśli miałbym wskazać jakiś zarzut do figurek z Lady Harrow's Mournflight to taki, że są do siebie bardzo podobne, a nie przyszło mi do głowy, jak je skonwertować i od siebie odróżnić. Kłopot najbardziej uwidacznia się na przykładzie the Anguished One oraz the Screaming Maiden. Oto lustrzane odbicie koleżanki sprzed tygodnia.
