The work on Myari's Purifiers is getting close to the end. Having prepared Bahannar - originally with a silly cow helmet, I tried to modify it so it looks better and resembles the old, good High Elves' pointy hats. While painting him I had fun with his aetherquartz and made them more OSL-y than in case of his pals.
Prace nad Myari's Purifiers zbliżają się do końca. Przygotowując do malowania Bahannara - w oryginale z krowim hełmem, starałem się przerobić górę nakrycia głowy, żeby wyglądała w miarę sensownie i nawiązywała zarazem do starych, dobrych spiczastych czapek High Elfów. Już podczas malowania poszalałem trochę z jego aetherquartzami - kozak z niego, to święcą mu bardziej niż kolegom.
The work on Lumineth Realmlords Myari's Purifiers progresses. I am more happy with adjustments made here than in Senaela's case. I would even say that after cutting off the banner, the hair verticalizer, the tower sign and the huge crossguard it isn't actually a bad mini (see the original here).
Prac nad Luminethowymi Myari's Purifiers trwają. Tu z przeróbek jestem bardziej zadowolony niż w przypadku Senaeli. Po wycięciu sztandaru, pionizatora włosów, logo wieży i ogromnego jelca da się w mojej ocenie powiedzieć, że nie jest to zła figurka (oryginał dla porównania tutaj).
I started next Warhammer Underworlds warband. There's something off in Lumineth Realmlords and Miyari's Purifiers looks and I got to change some stuff to make 'em sufferable. They're more or less ready for painting now and the first model is done. Despite the modifications I don't love the mini, but I fancy the base a lot :D
Lecę z kolejną bandą do WHU. Stylistyka Lumineth Realmlords i samych Miyari's Purifiers nie bardzo mi odpowiada i w każdej figurce coś trzeba było wywalić albo zmienić. Są już w każdym razie mniej więcej gotowi do malowania i pod pędzel poszedł model testowy (mimo przeróbek i tak trochę badziewny.) Podstawki za to podobają mi się bardzo :D
